Cindy Ruelas knows the stakes are high when you’re running a million-dollar business. Early in her career at an accounting firm, she saw the warning signs. “We had just five major clients,” Cindy remembers. “I kept thinking, what happens if one of them leaves? It would’ve been a disaster.”

Determined to make an impact, Cindy got to work. She created systems to bring in new clients, cut unnecessary costs, and improve efficiency. Those changes didn’t just stabilize the firm—they sparked her curiosity about what makes a business truly thrive. “I realized I loved solving these kinds of challenges,” she says. “Seeing the numbers improve was exciting, but knowing I was making a difference for the people behind the business? That was what really mattered.”

So when Cindy was offered a partnership, she surprised even herself by saying no. “It felt safe, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that I wanted to do more,” she explains. Instead, she and her husband launched Oracle Profitability. “It was a leap of faith, but I knew it was the right one,” she adds.

Since then, Cindy has dedicated over 20 years to transforming businesses by streamlining finances, boosting profitability, and driving growth. Known for her precision, innovative thinking, and mastery of efficient systems, Cindy goes beyond the numbers.
