Her primary goal is to help her clients streamline their bookkeeping and create simple financial systems to ensure profitability. As an accounting professional for over twenty years, she is skilled in bookkeeping, payroll, and collaborative teamwork with CPAs. She helps her clients with the PPP loan forgiveness process. Cindy is based in Phoenix, Arizona and works with clients across the United States. Cindy is a QuickBooks certified pro adviser for online, desktop, and enterprise.

Joe Ruelas
Joe believes that every great business has simple systems in place that help it run well. He’s a pro at creating those systems. He’s worked in sales and business development for over twenty years. And he brings experience from across industries like tech and geolocating to help our clients think differently. He believes in the work smarter not harder approach. Joe’s goal is to create systems that make your business run better. Joe is based out of Phoenix, Arizona and works with clients across the United, States.

Amber Freeman
Amber believes that good direction and collaboration make every goal achievable. She’s passionate about developing straightforward accounting procedures for her clients in order to give them more time to do what they love. Amber holds certifications in Entrepreneurship Essentials, Fullstack Web Development, Quickbooks as a ProAdvisor, and is pursuing a degree in Human Resources at the University of Arizona. She is based in Cleveland, Tennessee and works with clients across the United States.
